A content management system, commonly known as a CMS, allows you to manage and control the content of your website using tools similar to a word processor. This means that you can easily keep your websites content up-to-date without technical knowledge. Adding and editing new sections and pages becomes a breeze, removing the limits commonly imposed on older websites.

Using the tools in a CMS, you'll be able to copy content from your word processor, add pictures to any page, and even change the order that pages appear on your site. Advanced features include allowing you to temporarily unpublish a page to hide it from your site, or go back to a previous version of a page to see what changes were made.
