We aim to respond to all support enquiries sent to our helpdesk within 1 business day (a business day is considered as 9am to 5pm). If you need something a bit more special, and would like to benefit from guaranteed response times and priority support then you may want to consider taking out a regular maintenance plan.
Website Maintenance Plan
Customised to your needs, our website maintenance plans help you save money with bug fixes, amendments and updates. Based on pre-paid "blocks" of hours, the benefits include:
- Guaranteed same business day first response within 2 to 4 hours
- Out of hours emergency support included
- Discounted rates
- Choose from 8, 16 or 24 hour blocks (per month)
- Available in 3, 6 and 12 month contracts
- Hours are rolled over onto the next month if not used (for up to 3 months)
- Reporting of hours used
- Refund of remaining months hours if we don't meet our targets
